Toolbox
The
Toolbox by Arik Levy is designed as a practical organisational utensil for
storing accessories and small items. Thanks to its handy size, it can be easily
stowed in a cabinet or on a shelf, and it takes up little room on a table. The
Toolbox is available in a selection of different colours.

Arik Levy,
born 1963 in Tel Aviv, Israel, studied industrial design at Art Center College
of Design in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland. From 1992 to 1994, Levy taught at
the École nationale supérieure de création industrielle / Les Ateliers in Paris
and led design workshops at various design schools throughout Europe. He also
produced stage sets for modern dance productions at the Grand Theatre in
Geneva, the Netherlands Dance Theatre, the Finnish National Ballet and the
Batsheva Dance Company in Israel. In 1997 he
founded 'L design', an independent studio in Paris, together with Pippo Lionni.
The studio's activities extend from the creation of sculptures and
installations to the development of industrial designs and everyday products.
Levy has worked with Vitra since 2000, designing a range of office furnishings
and supervising various projects. |
