Ginger
With the Ginger
armchair Roberto Lazzeroni designs
a seat of refined simplicity. A saddle-leather and leather shell with clean,
simple and comfortable forms. Welcoming and protective, the Ginger armchair is enriched with
elegant stitching that runs right along the external edge. Designed as both the
natural complement to the Fred desk and as a free-standing seat, the swivel
version of Ginger is ideal for the study while the fixed version is perfect at
the dining table. The shell of the Ginger armchair is made from moulded
thermoplastic composite polymer. The shell is fixed to the base via a black
painted steel support. The model with swivel mechanism enables the chair to
rotate 360° and return to its starting position. Polyurethane foam padding. The
exterior of Ginger is upholstered with a single layer of 4 mm-thick Cuoio
Saddle or Saddle Extra leather. The upholstery on the inside is in Pelle Frau®
leather, creating a pleasant tactile contrast. The 4-legged base is made from
solid ash with a wenge or moka stain and triangular cross-section.
